We've all been there. Days where you just can't seem to drag yourself out of bed and nothing seems to bring us joy. Moody Blues provides an uplifting boost of sunshine to chase those blues away! **Avoid with alcohol, sedative or CNS depressants.

Organic Ingredients:
•    Blue vervain herb – an herb for the nervous system, Blue Vervain was also used to save lives during the Medieval plagues. Feeling down? At least we don’t have the plague these days =) This herb is useful for those who are driven or strong willed but suffer from anxiety, nervous depression, stress gut, tension headaches and even PMS.
•    Lemon balm leaf – for those who are depressed (without hypothyroidism) or melancholy in nature. Also useful for those who suffer from anxiety that causes exhaustion, ADHD, nervous insomnia and even nightmares.
•    St John’s Wort tops – known to relive pain, this herb also has a sedative effect which is helpful when the anxiety and craziness of menopausal mood swings kick in. Also known to help with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and mental burnout.
•    Passionflower – a wonderful nervous system herb that has been known to calm the mind without the side effect of depression or disorientation. Helps those who stay awake from mental worry, have nervous/stress headaches or have nervous tics/spasms/twitches.
•    Skullcap herb – a personal favorite for both the central and sympathetic nervous system! Helps with chronic anxiety or worry, nervous fears and the inability to concentrate. Has been known to help rebuild nerve endings in the brain while also calming the nervous system without the “drugged out” feeling often found with prescription drugs.
